1.Melting and Casting Technological Process

Alumminum ingot&alloy → melting stewing stove → eliminating gas → filtering → checkout → casting bar → homogenizing treatment → checkout → put in semi-finished products warehouse

2.Mould and Extrusion Technological Process

Aluminum bar → heating → extrusion → chilling → straightening → aging treatment → checkout → put in semi-finished products warehouse

4. Powder Coating Technological Process(Very professional,you can see in the pictures)

 Aluminum profile  → added → ungreasing 1 → ungreasing 2 → washing 1 → washing 2 → film formation → washing → pure watering → drying → power coating → solidifying preparing → solidifying → undercarriage → checkout → put in semi-finished products warehouse  

5. Anadizing Technological Process

Aluminum profile → added → ungreased → washing → alkali cleaning → washing → neutralizing → washing → anodizing → pure watering →  pure watering → electric regular coloring → pure watering → scalding water washing → undercarriage → hole sealing → washing → hot-water washing → undercarriage
