There are two parts for wireless charging, wireless pad and receiver. the wireless pad is use for all model cell phone, for receiver we have universal receiver and special model receiver. such as for special model receiver we have S3/S4/S5/Note 3/Note 2/ Note model. for universal model that's for micro usb port. besides, for iphone 4/5, and we have a receiver case for double protection, please refer detail as belows pictures:
