Multi-layer PP/PS/PE/ABS Sheet Co-Extrusion Machine

I. Usage:

HDPC Series Horizontal Multi-Layer Plastic Sheet Co-Extrusion Line is mainly used to produce various kinds of top grade multi-layer sheets of PP, PE and PS, ABS etc.

II. Major Construction Features:

1. The main parts, such as screw barrel, screen changer and T-die, adopt superior 38CrMoAIA material, which is featured by high hardness, anticorrosive advantages.

2. The special designed screw adopts big L/D Ratio to ensure the good plasticizing, stable extrusion, even sheet thickness, smooth and high output.

3. Screen Exchanger: It adopts hydraulic style fast screen exchange with double filters.

4. The divider and die head of the out composite design make proportion of the lamination layer easy to adjust.

5. Special Roller Temperature Controlling Device can adjust the temperature of the three rollers to eliminate internal stress of the producing sheets.

6. Gear pump, individually control of three calender roll and etc are optional according to requirements.
