1. Payment Term

(1) Telegraphic Transfer(T/T): we accept 30% T/T deposit before production and 70% T/T Balance before shipment.100% payment for sample order.

(2) Western Union/Money Gram: we accept 100% payment via the Western Union/Money Gram.

2. Products Warranty

(1) Our ice maker are warranted for one year from date of purchase.

(2) For the other products, we can offer half a year warranty at home and one year warranty abroad.

(3) We offer consulting services anytime. And we can provide accessories when the machine is broken.

However, the postage cost should be paid by the buyer.

3. Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)

We did not set MOQ, you can order even 1unit or 2 units to test our quality and design.

4. Delivery Term

FOB/CNF/CIF or EX-WORK

5. What is the Cost of Shipping?

Shipping cost is based on the following elements

(1) Number of the package

(2) Gross Weight

(3) The CBM of the order

(4) Destination port

6. How about the Delivery Time?

Some products are in our warehouse, generally we need 5 days to change the plugs before delivery.

Regarding to the non-stock products, it takes 15-30 days which depends on your purchasing product and quantity.
