HY-1000  Pesticide Package Gravure Press Machine  is drived by the international advanced High Closed Loop Servo Motor and controlled by PLC, human machine interface controls the whole working process with overprint tracker display system.

This machine is suitable for packing milk ,beverage and other materials , printing ,impressing, and punching on the yew paper ,carton paper, cigarette paper ,wine packing paper ,etc. The printing products have high class and quality, clearness layers, realistic figures, strong stereo impression.

Unwinding & Rewinding Part:                                                  

¶ Double working shaft turn over type, high speed change without reducing the speed .

¶ Tension controlled by the vector inverter motor automatically (imported PLC mould).

Printing  Part:                                                                            

¶ Adopting gravure printing .

¶ Chromatic accurate is the most prominent feature.

¶ It can print 1-8 colors and which according to the production.

¶ Printing , creasing and perforating can be performed at the same time.

Drying   Part:                                                                             

¶ Oven is fully enclosed by oven clutch button and convenient to wear material.

¶ Hot air circulation can be used twice and saving energy.
