Main feature and purpose:

The machine is special to blow film, such as HDPE, LDPE, dissoluble plastic and reproducible plastic. And equipped with edge folding device to blowing and processing the plastic bags. The forming frame can rise and down at random, this feature makes the operation easy and ensures good quality. The machine is compact structure, easy operation, less occupation of space, it is the ideal equipment to produce plastic film.

Part 1:Film blowing

♦ The die can be rotary and to improve the quality of the blown film. And this can be disigned to our custems' attitude.

♦  The fused material output from the screw pole extruding out section makes the original swirl material becoming the advection through the filter screen in machine head. 

♦  Then, the material comes into the spiral machine head and flows into the die opening, finally, it becomes the cylinder filming tube, extruded out. 

Part2:  Rewinding                                                          

  ♦ The electronic compact machine to treat the film which can be seen by the naked eye, so the printing fastness can be omproved.

   ♦ Printing speed can be adjusted by the worm wheel and worm , and make the printing plate and roller roating at the same speed.

   ♦ The oven drying is used between the front chromatography and the back chromattography to reach the ink drying quality.

   ♦ Gravure printing ensure the quality of the printing material.
