  GYKM Full automatic high speed flexo printer with slotter /die cutter main technical parameter(according 4 color)

1.this machine is composed of feeding unit, printing unit, die cutting &slotting unit, folding and gluing unit, correcting &counting output.

2.the machine adopts high quality steel welding carefully processed assembled.

3.the machine is in usage of docking with the die cutting &slotting unit, couplet of communication with electrical control system of printing department. When the printing unit starts to run, the gluing unit will start along itself.

4.automatically providing the glue, glue loop, then never break the glue off, no artificially adding glue, save time and effort.

5.stainless steel coated wheel, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, uniform glue, glue saving and glue quality is about one third of amount of artificial glue.

6.folding department is equipped with adjustable pressing line wheel, making cartons be folded more smoothly, glue more beautiful and exact.

7.cartons are pilled up and correction in counting unit, stable security output, accurate without error, digital control, simple operation, input without stopping.

Feeding Unit 

1,Machine clutch

(1),Electric control of the machine clutch attached withwarning bell, warning bell ring continuously during running, so ensure workers safety.

(2),Transmission shaft attached with friction clutch ,so that to avoid wrong operation and damage the machine.

(3),Pneumatic interlocking device.

(4),The main motor adopts frequency conversion motor,frequency converting control, energy saving,start smoothly, attached with the motor start protection device.

2,Servo lead edge wheel feed system

(1),The suction paper,draught fan 11KW,according to different board bending conditions,air volume adjustment,ensure that feeding smoothly.

.(2),Slot department equipped with chain control switch, control scraming

in the paper feeding.

(3),Paper up and down adopt with double servo motor drive,Quick, energy saving

(4),Adopt lead edge wheel feed system.

(5),Side boards, after the block box adopt electric adjustment ,front boards gap adopts manual adjustment.

3,Dust-extraction device

(1)In feeding unit equipped with brush dust~extraction device,can removal impurities on the surface of the cardboard printing a lot, improve the quality of printing.
