Fiber laser is only used to process on metal like Stainless Steel,Carbon/Mild Steel,Galvanized Steel etc.No-metal is not ok.

2.      How much thinkness shall we cut?

Cutting thickness is related to laser power

300w:2mm stainless steel,3mm carbon steel

500w:3mm stainless steel,6mm carbon steel

1000w:6mm stainless steel,14mm carbon steel

Attention only 1kw and the above could process on Aluminum,Copper,Brass and other high reflection sheet metal

3.      What’s the brand of laser source?

Under 1KW:Raycs made in China or IPG made in Germany

Above 1KW:Rofin or Ipg made in Germany

4.      What’s the guarantee,in case the machine breaks down?

The whole machine has 2 years guarantee.

If it breaks down,generally speaking our technician will figure out what the problem is according to clients feedback.
