Application

When the rated voltage starting, the initial starting current of Ac asynchronous motor is big, usually manyfold more than the rated current (usually 5 to 7 times), in order to reduce the starting current, no have effect on the power grid, often by menthod of starting with a lower voltage with ac asynchronous motor, commonly reduction voltage by a reactor or the lotus root transformer, ac motor starting process is very short (usually a few seconds to 2 minutes), after tarting step-down, the reactor or the lotus root transformer is removalled . This product is designed according to start the characteristics of high voltage asynchronous motor,the motor power is 220 v to 14000 kw.

Construction  

1, QKSC dry iron core starting reactor core is made of high quality imported silicon steel sheet, core is divided into segments evenly by gap air , the air gap is made of epoxy plate as isolated, and uses the high temperature and high strength adhesive, so as to ensure the air gap the reactor does not change in run time.

2,The end face of iron core is made of high quality silicon steel sheet, and make the silicon steel sheet firmly together, greatly reduce the running noise, and has good corrosion resistance.

3, The coil winding Around the package structure, the main coil insulation epoxy glass fiber immersion, immersed in the vacuum thermal drying after curing with high temperature resistant insulating paint, insulation performance is good,the core not only with high mechanical strength and with high mechanical strength, resistant to impact of the big electric current when the motor starting and hot and cold impact without cracking.

Conditions of use

1,The altitude  is not more than 1000 meters 

2, Operate environment temperature ：25 ℃ ~ 45 ℃.

3, Installation place should be no harmful gas, steam and electrical conductivity or explosive dust.

4, when the starting timeis full of  2 minutes (the sum of one or several times),  should be cooling  hours to start again.
