It is a kind of one-drum, vertical, three pass, water-fire tube boiler. This series adopt lots of new technology, such as use  convex tube plate, wing-shape flue, spirally corrugated tube and so on. The water tubes in the two sides of the furnace is radiation heating surface, and the wing-shape flue and spirally corrugated tube are convection heating surface.

1)Spirally corrugated tube

Purpose:save steel and avoid fouling; increase flexibility and prevent cracking of tube plate.

2)Wing-shape flue

Purpose:reduce heat load of boiler bottom to prevent cracking and bulge of tube plate

3)Convex tube plate

Purpose:prevent cracking of tube plate;cancel tension brace piece;simplify the structure.

4) Backwater lead to high temperature tube plate

Purpose:prevent cracking of tube plate

 5) Simple circulation loop, big size down pipe and bottom container. 

Purpose:prevent the explosion of pipe and increase the reliability of water circulation.

6) Injection tube

Purpose:prevent the explosion of pipe and increase the reliability of water circulation.
