T type film is adopted the 3351 core, is a direct pressure instrument can be directly used in the pressure pipe.

Main features:

l  Use of advanced customized anaerobic sintering furnace, sensor filled pipe and glass sintering with atmospheric isolation, filled pipe does not produce oxide layer, to avoid the short circuit phenomenon between sensor center diaphragm and the capacitor plates caused by oxide.

l  Adopt computer control positioning and tensioning technology, make the center diaphragm accurate positioning, moderate tension, accuracy is greatly improved.

l  The center diaphragm and silicone oil adopt the imported high quality material.

l  Each capsule in strict accordance with the process of fatigue after more than 1000 times the aging test, and through two-way single overload test and static test of 5 ~ 60MPa, to ensure the stability of the product.

Working principle:

The process pressure through the center measuring diaphragm , one side or both sides of the filling liquid to the chamber. The center diaphragm is a piece of the tensile elastic element, which gets a corresponding displacement caused by the differential pressure between the two sides of the diaphragm. The displacement is proportional to the differential pressure. The maximum displacement is about 0.1mm, which is converted to a differential capacitance, and then the differential capacitance is converted into a binary DC 4~10mA output signal by the electronic circuit.(See figure)
