NPF adopts unique two-layer dustproof device to prevent the yarn dust and smear into inner of feeder body, it insures the capability of circuit connection safely in all kinds of workshop environment and extend the life. Steel wire surface of storage wheel is disposed with special technology, it makes storage wheel has excellent anticorrosion and wearability Knot catcher with eximious technics has strong wearability. Knot catcher is fixed by screw, it is convenient to exchange knot catcher, rotation structure of knot catcher is easy to be adjusted. Yarn tensioner, knot catcher and input ceramic eyelet is designed with monolithic structure, it insures the yarn works in the middle of knot catcher, and avoid the yarn to wear the knot catcher. Front and back detector can be locked in order to adjust and run emptily. Anti-static electricity function.
