Product Description
N eton’s NRX-H8800 series of receiver modules are the perfect solution for high-speed communication networks.
The receiver modules support data rates up to 3Gbps. These modules are fully compliant with the Multi-sourced SFP protocol.
The receiver module supplies 3.3V Voltage and provide the system designer with products to implement a range of Fiber Channel and Gigabit Ethernet designs at the 1.5Gbps rate for communications. The receiver section uses an integrated 1310/1550 nm detector
preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post- amplifier IC. A LVPECL/CML logic interface simplifies interface to external circuitry.
Business level receiver module which operating at 0℃ to 70℃.
