 1. The characteristics of methane  tank

The biogas tank of double diaphragms is made of red mud and high-strengthened, high-elastic synthetic engineering diaphragm and of perfect anti-acid and anti-corrosion abiligy . Its capacity of absorbing the ambient heat and storing it is 35% higher than that of other material.

The biogas tank is made by adopting a technology of combining internal digester and external protecter. In this way, it not only greatly mininmizes the possibility of doing damage to the internal digester, prolong its lifespan, and also creates a complete oxygen-free room for anaerobic microorganisms to do fermentation, which in return increases the biogas output ratio.

(1)The daily dung-dirt through the dung-dirt introductory manger flows into the Preparatory acidification feed tank that can get rid of the large grained supended substance, while adjust the volume& quality, PH value, temperature of the dirty water, as well as to aeration previously which can transpire some poisonous substance by atmosphere transpiration, as to reduce volumertric organic loading rate.

(2)The processed dung-dirt will enter into the soft horizontal anaerobic biogas tank to anaerobic ferment. This project designed HRT namely that the time of the dung-dirt stay in the biogas tank is 15days.

(3)The biogas dregs-liquid after anaerobic fermenting enter into the biogas tanks , meanwhile fractional biogas liquid return to Preparatory acidification tank to periodic duty. The remnant biogas dregs-liquid processed by the biogas dregs-liquid tank's aerobic action are used for farmland.

(4)The biogas will get rid of the in-water by the dehydration device, and than enter into the desulfurization device of wipe off the poisonous gas -H2S in biogas. Lastly, it enters into the biogas storage. The biogas stroage is mainly used for hold biogas to keep continuously and smoothly using.

(5)The biogas voltage increased by the pump is used for variou depletion systems such as : Biogas rice cooker/Biogas cooker/Biogas water heater /Biogas light etc.

Compared with the cement biogas digester, our biogas tank has a lot of advantages.
