SJSZ Conical Twin Screw Extruder
Characteristic:
It is the special equipment designed for various kinds of PVC powders extruding and forming. Providing different mold and post processing equipment, it will be applicable to produce PVC pipe, profile, board, sheet, rod and granule.
Oil cooling unit is assembled for screw and barrel; this makes the temperature control easy and precise. The main motor, gear box and screws are in one central line, which is easy to repair. The temperature control unit is reliable and operating easy. The special designed cooling system has larger heating dispensation area, quickens the cooling speed; the temperature can be controlled within ±1°C.
