General Description

Continuous pyrolysis tyre oil distillation plant is widely used for different kinds of engine oil, industrial lubricant oil and all other lubricant oil.

It can covert black waste engine oil, industrial lubricant oil and all other lubricant oil into diesel fuel oil and Gasoline by Catalytic distillation.

First let the waste oil pass through the pre-treatment device, then pump the waste oil into the heater, then heat the oil by burning the coal ( or fuel oil, gas) up to working temperature(  about 380℃), then get the gasoline and diesel oil by distillation and catalysis., then stop heating after the reaction is finished, after cleaning the waste in the bottom of the reactor, you can get the final products.

After the pretreatment of the waste into the pump heater, through the coal (or fuel gas) heated to the oil temperature, by distillation, can give the desired catalytic gasoline and diesel, the termination temperature of about 410 degrees. After completion of the reaction kettle oil, heating was stopped, bottom residue is removed, can be used again.

Main System

1. Reactor: Waste oil goes through the primary filter into the reactor.

2. Heating system: Heat the waste oil up to the working temperature by gas,coal or fuel oil, it is equipped the warm-keeping system.

3. Catalysis System: when the waste oil heated up to the target temperature, it will converted into the disel oil and gasoline by liquid-gas catalysis process.

4. Cooling system: Condense the vaporized gasoline and diesel into the liquid form

5. Temperature control system: to make sure the waste oil to convert into the diesel and gasoline, and control the temperature when the reaction is going to finish.

6. Waste gas treating system: it makes sure the little unliquefied gas meetthe dischargement standard.

7.Diesel oil refining system:

This part is optional, it can refine the diesel oil, remove the odor, and restore the oil color to white or yellow color. It can make sure the oil quality is completely up to the use requirements for the car.

After-treatment oil quality

1. Diesel oil: 84-86%;

2. Gasoline: 5-6%;

3. Waste: 6% to 8%

Operation Costs

The operation costs including the catalyst costs, fuel, electricity, and decolorization sand(no need for this ifyou don’t want to refine the oil color)

Totally it needs about USD30 to recycle one ton of waste oil.
