Our four-point probe is made of  the aviation engineering plastic in high quality, fine spring with excellent mechanical structure and durable probe needle. The measurement result from this probe is reliable and with high accuracy. All the technical indexes meet the national standards and in conformity with relevant provisions of ASTM standard;

Our four-needle probe can be installed in the probe stand or held with hands during operation. The testing efficiency can be improved greatly with PH-II handle If held with hand, which is widely used in the process of resistivity sorting for polycrystalline silicon materials, head and tail material, POTS.

 1. Dimension stability - molding shrinkage rate is less than 0.3%, line up coefficient of less than 3 x10-6;

 2. Excellent mechanical performance - tensile strength is higher than 120 MPa, bending strength greater than 150 MPa, bending modulus GPa more than 12;

3. Great electronic performance -  dielectric strength greater than 17 kv/mm, dielectric coefficient is less than 4, volume resistivity in 1016 orders of magnitude;

4. Corrosion resistance -  Except the oxidizing mediums, it is resistant to almost all of the inorganic substance; In 200 °C, insoluble in the known organic solvents;

5. low moisture absorption, it is less than 0.05% after immersing in  hours 23 °C water for 24 hours.

6. flame retardancy good, the oxygen index more than 40, for UV-94 V-00/5-grade V;

7. high temperature resistant, long-term use of temperature of 180 °C;
