Introduction 

Compact Line V consists of cradle style decoiler, straightening, beading, punching, notching, hydraulic folding, hydraulic shearing and automotion pittsburgh lock forming, coil conveyor, duplex TDF flange forming and hydrauli TDF folding. It processes maximum coil width 1300mm or 1600mm galvanized steel for 18 to 30 gauge material into blank for TDF integrated flange duct, TTF/LT mate flange duct or angle iron flange duct.

Features:

1. Modular design allows adding a section at a time

2. Motor driven dual-decoilings, selectable coils stand by, maximum capacity of 7-ton per station (optional: up to 10-ton per station)

3. Duplex drive cleat forming rollers are available

4. Patented Automotion pittsburgh lock former, forms pittsburgh lock and right angle, roll forming and shearing simultaneously, shorten working time, a perfect match to duct auto line

4. Duplex TDF flange former, forms TDF flange by double sides

5. Optimizes floor space by inline position of machines, guarantees high efficiency

6. Accurate PLC control unit, preset available profiles and folding style, notching size, punching size, cutting dimension on touchscreen

  1. Formula Programmed, which insure setting and producing different sizes, different quantities in one time.

  2. Coil Draw Back, draw back coil is not needed; The coil line can draw back the coil automatically for further prodution, which saves time and no waste material.
