Dual-channel wire stripping machine

 Function: 

The machine is suitable for all kinds of wire, filament and filoselle cable conductor which can achieve the effect of automatic separation and it is the widely used stripping equipment in dissembling industry.

The operating instructions:

1, to start the motor, check whether the machine is normal operation, when feeding,check the diameter of outsourcing rubber cable, feeding one by one.

 2, in order to make the blade work long and durable, when feeding,you should cut off the joint of rubber cable and plastic, lest the blade gap collapses.

 3, if the outlet wire appeared too deep and broken wires, pay attention to the following conditions:

 (1), adjust feeding file, that is the screw M12 above the shaft blade ;

 (2),check whether you feed the right position;

 (3) check whether the the blade is new and the blade mouth is too sharp, you should use special oilstone to repair and maintain slightly;

 4, After the wire comes out and the rubber is stripped off, but the copper wire can't spit out,pay attention to the following conditions.

 (1) the upper shaft knurling too deep,you should use special oilstone to repair and maintain it , but not too much,or it will cause that the oily cable is hard to drive;
(2) whether the spring pressure is too loose, you should tighten the pressure until it can spit;

 (3) the diameter of the wire is too smaller or the gap between two axises is too much,you should adjust it to 0. 4-0. 6 mm;

 (4) the processing rubber cable emits heat, so the copper wire can't be spit out.

 5, after feeding, if the wire can't be transmited to the other side(the wire stays in the middle), pay attention to the following conditions:

 (1) check whether the belt is loose;

 (2) check whether the spring pressure is too close on both sides;

 (3) the cable is too oily, which makes two axis slid, you should often wipe two axis dry (when you dry it, if  the machine is running, please pay attention to the safety)
