While the impact strength is more complex, the addiction of flexibilizer makes the toughness of the material raise substantially. adding 30~35% of glass fiber and 8~12% flexibilizer makes the overall performance better.

3.Compared with virgin nylon, glass fiber reinforced nylon has a higher mechanical strength, stiffness. Heat resistance. Creep Resistance. fatigue resistance, and a lower elongation. Moulding shrinkage. hygroscopicity. abrasive resistance.

4.Addictive 30% glass fiber in polyamide, the mechanical property. Dimension Stability. Heat resistance, aging resistance rush up obviously, aging resistance is twice than the polyamide without glass fiber reinforced.
