1.Shaft collar selection method
Choose shaft collar according to load
1.select the shaft collar should meet:
a. transmitted torque Mt ≥ M
b. axial force:Ft ≥ Fx
c. transfer force:Ft ≥ F2X+(M X10-3)2
d. radial force Pt ≥ Fr/d.1 X103
2,the rated load of a connection which to use numerous shaft sleeve.
When Rated load of a shaft sleeve is less than required transfer load, then can set more than two shaft sleeves in series, the total rated load:
