Liyang Weilian Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd focuses on manufacturing of JM, ML, MX, JL, MTL, STL, HL and TLX couplings, JS lock nut and Z series expansion connecting sleeve. In early 1990s, effective research and configuration have been performed for design, calculation, material selection, surface treatment, mechanical manufacturing, process equipment and product balance. This product is mainly applied to machinery such as machine tool, chemistry, instrument, fan, wate pump, papermaking, injection molding and printing.
Principle of coupling: it is mainly a device to transmit the torque to the driven machine, which compensates axial, radial and angular deviation caused due to deformation by manufacturing manufacturing error, installation error and deformation after loading as well as temperature change. With flexible action of membrane (elastomer), it bears the transmission torque between the main motor and driven machine; it also compensates three-direction displacement between two axis, vibration elimination and isolation. anti-backlash flexible coupling is much better with small structure size, light weight, high transmission torque and precision, which can better improve motion quality and stability of transmission machinery.
Z series locking assemble (short for locking assemble) manufactured by our company is an advanced basic component for machinery coupling under heavy loading. Between the connection of wheel and axis, pressure and friction force are generated on conical surfaces by tight fastening of high-strength bolt so as to realize load transmission. This device is applicable for CNC machine, conveyor, packing machine, road roller, rolling mill, crushing machine, press machine, electric motor, air exhauster, textile machinery, papermaking machinery, wood-working machine, plastic machinery, casting machinery, mining machinery, agricultural machinery and printing machinery.
