1/ GENERAL INTRODUCTION:

Tungsten carbide cold heading die for cold punching and heading of screws and nuts.

High impact resistance ,Toughness,wear resistance,and quality consistency. You are encouraged to use our professional carbide grades for cold heading &punching die nibs. Very good performance on heading and forming dies, performing and finishing dies for cold forming of screws, rivet, bolt, nut and similar cold headed parts. Cold forming dies for cylindrical and taper roller for roller bearings. Cold forming dies for bearing balls. Dies for impact extrusion, quils& cutters for wire dia. More than 8mm.
