OFS-GP04-X fiber optic interconnect cabinet can be applied in active link with trunk optical cables and cable distribution,accomplishing fusion,storage,distribution and dispatch for the cables.

Installation & Commissioning

Installation(including concrete foundation and supporting basement):

1. Concrete Foundation installation

1. Precast concrete foundation installation:
2. Size: 530mm(H)×290mm(W)×200mm(D),in the middle of ground base,keep a hole for incoming. Size: 310mm×170mm×200mm
3. Preserve foundation bolt,ensure its center distance 440mm×180mm
4. Put the cabinet on the foundation,make sure the fixing hole aligns with the foundation bolt,then screw the bolts. During the installation course,the cabinet should keep vertical with concrete foundation
5. At last,fix it by 4 pcs of M12×100 expansion screw
6. Support basement installation:

Fix the basement by 4 pcs of M12×100 expansion screw

Commissioning:

After installation,the procedure of commissioning is necessary

The moving part of the cabinet should move smoothly

Reliable holding, protection,grounding and assembly for optical cables

Make sure convenient operation and maintenance

Appliance & Maintenance

1. Operation schematic:

1. Cables comes into the cabinet from the bottom,strip off fibers by length of 600mm,about 50mm from the bottom
2. Fix cables at the bottom incoming unit
3. Main cable splices with pigtails at Splice & Distribution Unit
4. The Splice & Distribution Unit is sliding.During splice,draw out the drawer,and then push the drawer after splice until the unit is locked automatically
5. Every unit cover is pasted with splice marking note.Keep note after finishing each splice

OFS-GP04-X is a interconnect cabinet,made up of cabinet,fiber manager,splice & distribution module,adapters,pigtails and so on.

The size of the cabinet could be customized

Marks

1. The cabinet should be installed at reliable foundation,convenient for installation and distribution
2. Excess length of cables should be stored in reels.Keep fiber bend radius over 40mm
3. After fixing cables,fix the strength fixing member and connect to earth
4. Take care during operation of small diameter fibers,in case of burning eyes

Packing, storage, transportation

   Strictly comply with the requirement of international standard GB3837-83

Packing

   Moistureproof and quakeproof,all the accessories first packed in carton or   plastic container, and then in wood cartons. The equipment body sealed with plastic container,moisture materials in carton, and rainproof, moisture,up marks on the outer carton

Storage

   Not to stack heavy stuff

   Make sure the acidity and alkaline index compliance with environmental regulations

   Indoor temperature: -5°C~+40°C, relative humidity<85%

Transportation

This equipment is suitable for all kinds of transportation in the environment temperature between -30°C~+50°C,relative humidity<90%,avoid exposure in the sunshine, need canopy above +30°C
