DEBAO-X80 paper cup machine is a multi-station automatic machine .It has continuous automatic procedures like feeding, sealing, oil-filling, washing,heating, knurling, convex knurling,unloading,etc.It is widely used for testing-dring cups, marketing cups, advertising cups, etc.

       a. We use open-divding cam running as drving system, so, it can keep higher precision and enlarge the machine life.

        b. The part for feeding paper is same like middle speed paper cup machine feeding parts,paper sucks by sam,and drop down by mechanical hands,ao it can be more steadily.

        c. The frame adopts the retangle pipe and u-steel weding, much stronger than tradition. All connecting rods are stronger and adopts double bearing structure,so the performance will be more steadily.

        d. The machine with safe door protection device.

        e.  It  adopts stretching punching cutter for bottom forming, and bottom looks more nicer,also can reduce the bottom leak rate.
