Safety lock is the safety protection device. When the working rope breaks suddenly or the working platform tilts to a certain angle,it can lock the safety rope fast and automatically to guarantee that
the platform would not drop or tilt continuously.LS30 Type safety lock belongs to the category of swing arm tilt-proof mould. The major parts are rope clamp, cleading, spring and idler wheel. Its operating principle is that when the idler wheel on the upper end of the draw plate abuts against the working wire rope, the spindle linked to the draw plate forces the rope clamp to open, and then the rope could pass through freely. When the working rope breaks suddenly or the working platform tilts to a certain angle,the idler wheel and the working rope separated, under the function of the spring strength, draw plate turns to some angle, and the cleadingin safety lock makes the rope clamps and locks the safety rope upon the influence of the spring strength and the friction between the rope
clamp and wire rope.
