Controller Function:

•  The system is especially designed for all types of torsion spring machine through the coil axis, camshaft axis, pitch-axis control and combined with the operations of cylinder and probe, the system can realize the fine processing of all kinds of compression spring and torsion spring;

• Data could be entered after having moved all shafts to the destination position manually, or be edited directly for the spring programming;

• With side springs while processing modify the program's online programming capabilities, you can easily carry out a spring trial process;

• Cam, wire feeding, rotation core and rolling wire can work synchronously, the cam can control independently. Wire feeding precision is ±0.01mm; cam axis and rotation core axis precision are ±0.1. Every rotation axis has independent functions of zero returning; 

•  Conditional transfer and absolute transfer are supported, which improve the flexibility of programming and make it easy to detect the defects;

• The system provides several groups of system parameters for conveniently maintaining the system and changing the parameters. The code verification function could prevent others from changing the system parameters without authorization;

• The program can save as many as 1000 files.
