This equipment can automatically dilute ink and glue viscosity, suitable for printing machinery. It is easy to operate, no need to adjust ink manually, just set the viscosity value according to the product requirements. Use pulse pulsating inspector to inspect the viscosity, and the pneumatic diaphragm pump to circulate ink and glue.

Working Principle:

This Automatic explosion proof viscosity controller is controlled by sensing viscosity through the loads placed on the diaphragm pump. The volatilization of solvent in the tank causes the liquid viscosity thick, adding solvent causes the liquid thin. When the liquid’s viscosity thickens, the operating load of pump is increased, and then the pump’s frequency is getting low. When the liquid’s viscosity thins, the operating load of pump is decreased, and then the pump’s frequency is getting fast. Through this system keep solvent viscosity steady.
