This machine is mostly used to produce large-scale continuously foaming production (density is about 6 to 100 kg/m3 ). It adopts the advanced touch screen and PLC Operation System, its automatization level is high, the production is low-cost and the quality fo foam is outstanding.
It is the most ideal equipment for large-scale foaming productions. Man-machine interface, non-stop the machine can change formulas, it can produce the British elevation high-slow rebound, electronic cotton, brassieres cotton, polyester cotton, yellow-resistant up to 3-5 level, add powder 10 to 200 parts, the lowest density 6-100, it also can produce on machine.

How is the shipping for such a big machine?
The machine will be pack in nude packing just by some paper with plastic film and some small parts will be pack in wooden case.
How is the loading for the machine?
The machine will be load in 2*40HQ+1*20GP total three containers.
The seller will send 2-4 technicians to the buyer for the installing, and need the buyer send several employees for help and cooperation, and provide the water, electricity facilities and place for installing.
The seller should provide the operation manual and the routine maintenance guidance to the buyer’s engineer.
After the warranty period the seller should provide the lifelong paid service.
Q:If we have no knowledge about the foam can you help to give us all the details and teach our engineer?
