Compound Fertilizer Granulating Equipment  Introduction:

  Client's biggest concern question and answer:

1) How you guarantee to mix and feed the material evenly into the machine?

    The material feed into  the bunkers, then belt weighers at the bottom of the bunkers weigh each kind of the material and transport it into the mixer, after mixing the material, the material was feed into the next machine.  The kinds of the material determine how many bunkers to be used.

2) How to handle while the material stick on the machine?

 Take dryer for example, therewill be install balls on the inwall of the dryer, while working, the ball impact the inwall of the dryer, then the material will be shaking off.

3)  The comparsion of the disc granulator and the rotary drun granulator

 They are both the best seller products, the biggest differences  is that the capacity of the rotary drum granulator is bigger.

4) How to solve the problem of the material corrode the machine, especially the acid material?

The part of the machine which contact with the material will use  stainless steel , also, the painting use good quality,  such as lead oxide paint , iron oxide red( the inner paint) .

5) How about the automatic control system of the whole line?

 Based on the customer needs, we can provide PLC control system, which will save cost , as well as improve the products quality.

6) How to control the temperature while drying the fertilizer? How about the air inlet temperature and the air outlet temperature? Dose it need heat insulation cotton ?

  We have temperature control system, the temperature will control at the standard temperature.

 Air inlet temperature is about 170°C-200 °C , and the outlet air temperature is about 90 °C -100 °C. Also it depends which heat resources you use. The heat insulation cotton is need not in the common temperature environment..

Pellet making machine application:  

 Disc pelletizer is mainly used in low/medium content of compound fertilizer production and granulation of organic/inorganic compound fertilizer or single-quality fertilizer.

The raw materials to make fertilizer are:

1. Agricultural waste: straw, dregs of beans, cotton dregs, rice bran,etc.

2. Animal manure: mixture of poultry litter (PL) and animal waste(AW),such as,Slaughterhouse Waste,Fish Market,Urine and dung of cattle,Pigs,Sheep,Chicken, Ducks, Geese,Goat.etc.
3.Industrial waste: wine lees, vinegar residue, manioc waste, sugar scum, furfural residue etc.

4. Home scrap: food waste, bones, the roots and leaves of vegetables, etc.

5. Sludge: the sludge of the river, the sewer, etc.
