Introduction
SD220 Brick machine is the fourth generation product of our factory which is designed after our technicians combine kinds of brick machines’ merits through many years’ production experience. It is the best one of the small type brick machine for the synthetic economic benefit at present. It is welded with profiled bar and all of its gears are made of 45# steel and alloy steel and through processing of Lathe for gear and quencher and cementite quencher, then put into gear boxes. The running part of the machine is driven by bearing running and has airproof equipment for mud and water seal. The machine has the features of handsome shape, reasonable structure, good performance, high quality, smallness, lightness, high efficiency, durability, and convenience, and the user can use it everywhere and do not need a special place. The machine can be widely used and it is fit for clay, black earthly, mixed earth and so on. The machine is the best choice of brick equipment for small factories and professional individuals.

Structure and Working Theory
The whole machine is composed of Mud-mixer, Bar-cutter, Brick-cutting Lathe. The power enters from the head of the axis after the flat pulley and gears slow their speed. The earth with moderate humidity will be put into the hopper from the upper part of Mud-mixer, and fall into the Mud vat after it is crushed down, then it is puddled by Screw in the vat and put forwards. At last it is squeezed into standard mud bar from the entrance. Under the drive of the Screw, the mud bar enters into Bar-cutter and goes ahead on its board. When it comes to the proper place, the pull pole of the Bar-cutter is pulled to cut mud bar. When the cut mud bar comes to the right place of the brick-cutter, the control pole of the brick-cutter is held down to make the mud bar move on the slab ; so the mud bar is cut into standard brick, and then come to Brick-receiver.

Installation and Testing
The three parts are fixed separately on the 8*4 Notch Steel shelf. It can also be installed on the cement base if the fixed place is available. Before the machine leaves the factory, every part is strictly tested according the design requirement. When the machine is installed, please check the lower border of the entrance,the board plane of the Bar-cutter and one side of the Brick-cutting Lathe flat are in the same level(to ensure the channel unimpeded and water supply equally) so that the mud bar can move smoothly and produce the high-quality bricks.

Notice
   Whether the machine is working smoothly can directly affect the quality of the products and the productivity, so When using it, the users should pay much attention to the following points.
1. The bolts must be tight after the machine is installed so as to avoid becoming loose, or the mud-mixer will vibrate so that there is crack on the brick..
2. Please fill gearbox with 10# machinery oil 6kg and add lubricating oil to the gears and the working parts whenever it is needed.
3. The earth must be incompact and with moderate humidity, because the capacity of water in it can affect the quality of the brick. Please do not pour water to the earth in the hopper extemporaneously.
4. The channel in the entrance must be unimpeded and must be supplied with certain amount of  lubricating water to ensure the quality.
5. When the Mud-mixer is working, please make sure that iron and such kind of things do not fall into the hopper in order to avoid giving so many burdens to the running parts that some losses are caused.
6. If the brick mould is not be used continuously, please clean it (esp. the flume) and put it into the airproof plastic bag or bury it to the wet earth to avoid becoming dry and distorted, which will affect the quality of brick.

(2)Before the machine works, Please fill the gearbox with 10# machinery oil 6-7kg to keep the lubrication of the gears and bearings.
(3) Before production, please install the brick mould on the flange of the brick machine with the water- affusing orifice upward, and then insert the water-affusing pipe into the upper water-affusing orifice. And then plug up the flume on both sides of the brick mould(do not affuse the water too much or too little)
