Introduction 

Vacuum extruder is main forming equipment during producing hollow brick.It connects hermetically up and down parts together, the mud materials extruded out from upper level mixing enter vacuum room and be extracted out air in the mud materials,then be extruded out by down level screw and get smooth and tight mud slice.

JZK series double stage vacuum extruder is used in gangue,shale,fly ash and clay etc to make all kinds of solid and hollow brick. 

The mud knife adopts wear-resistant metal powder spraying technology;upper mixing shaft, mud knife shaft,up and down body all are processed through ageing, coating and quenching; reducer gear are all hard tooth surface;the clutch adopts screw pressure type patent technology, largely develop usage life.In the meantime, it has reasonable design, compact structure, stable run without anchor bolt, can max reduce the power consumed as vibrating during running.
