DESCRIPTIONS

A-32 High Performance Structural Silicone Sealant, is a one part, neutral cure, high performance RTV silicone rubber sealant, especially formulated for structural bonding and curtain wall application, it has good features as below,

Neutral cure, non-corrosive

Architectural grade silicone sealant that exhibits outstanding physical properties for projects and general building construction as well as structural glazing adhesive

 Excellent UV & Weathering resistance.

Excellent adhesion to most construction materials and building (glazing & caulking) accessories.

Reliable, properties remained within serviceable range of -50℃ to 150℃, without brittle, crazing or cracking.

LIMITATIONS

with moisture vapor in the air, not recommended for using in closed or confined areas where sealant cure may be inhibited by lack of air.

Do not apply when substrates surface temperature exceed 40℃ or below -5℃., or surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty or dirty.

DIRECTIONS

Apply for prepared substrates, make sure the substrates surface must be clean and dry, no dust, no oil, no water and other contamination.

CAUTION

When skin or eyes inhaled, remove to fresh air and flush with water for 15 minutes, if irritation persists, consult doctor. Fully cured sealant is not hazardous.

Store in a cool, dry and covered location at below 27℃, keep away from heat source and direct sunlight during storage.
