        MDF/HDF is a kind of excellent substitute for natural wood panel with wide application. Materials such as wood and other plant  fiber after being added suitable urea formaldehyde resin or other adhesives forms 450_880 kg/m3 panels on hot press.

    The panels are characterized with tight and smooth surface, uniform core layer and good wood working performance. The line consists of chip preparation, fiber preparation, glue mixing  and  applying, mat-forming and hot-pressing, cooling and sizing, sanding.

230_500m3/d  MDF/HDF production line was  developed on the base of advanced technology at  home and abroad. All the machines of line are available and  complete equipments for 4'×8', 4'×9' , 4'×16', 4'×18', 6'×9', 6'×18' panels

The process:

MDF board production line Hot platen

1, It is drilled from excellent carbon solid steel and it is high precision, high strength and durable.   

2, It is manufactured on special worktable, so as to keep the hot platen easy to operate.

Heating system:

1, It can be heated by steam boiler, oil heater or electric oil heater.

2, The steam boiler is low in cost and suitable for common production, yet it is high pressure vessels, so it should be operated carefully.

3, As to the oil heater, it is adjustable, safe, uniform temperature, energy saving and so on, yet it may cost much than steam boiler.

4, The electric oil heater is environmental protection instead of using coal or wood as it's fuel, but it may cost lots of electri c energy.

Hydraulic system: 

1, It is "Triple Filter" and it has excellent oil pump and electric motor.

2, It uses right-angled one-way valve so that it can work smoothly. The pressure is adjustable.

Cylinder:

1, It is worked through excellent CNC precision machine tool.

2, It uses high quality oil envelop so as to avoid of oil leaking.

Control system:

1, Micro-computer ,Manually/Automatic controlled.    

2,It can lift the hot platen, close the separation, add the pressure, keep the pressure, keep time, descend the hot platen and so on.
