Stander and Sealing Window: Stander is used to install gearing system, supporting rotational part and safety window of filling machine.
Gearing: there are some parts on the working bedplate such as conveying device for inletting and outletting bottles, main dial, and upright post of ration guide rail and so on. Under the working bedplate, there is gearing including main motor, transmission worm gear, overloading protection and braking device. They are used to assure above-mentioned parts run.
Filling System: It is the core of the whole machine including filling tank, valve body, piston Etc.
Vacuum anti-leakage device: It is used to wipe off the remaining oil drop on the filling nozzle after finishing filling so that prevent the oil drop contaminating the bottle and machine surface
Bottle conveying device: it is the bottle conveying system of filling and capping process, including bottle air conveying channel,, bottle feeding and outputting thumbwheel, different kinds of bottleneck baffle, etc.
Ration Guide Rail: Adjust the travel route within certain range and control filling quantity of material during the course of filling.
Cap Screw System: It includes cap rotating head, efficient cap sorter, cap slide channel, positive and negative cap inspection wheel, cap lack inspection, they can assure the capping quality.
