1. Q: can I buy some samples?

A: yes. We are very pleasure to offer you samples to check quality.

2. Q: what is the time of delivery?

A: it usually takes about 25 working days production orders from behind MOQ class 40 hq container, but the exact time of delivery may be a little different specific command.

3. Q: how to control the quality of your products in your factory?

A: Don't worry about about this,  we have a professional production line with skillful craftsmen, and we focus on details carefully, before shipment we will do sampling inspect again.

• Each of our shipping cargo have been strictly examined before packing up. Any damage caused during shipping do not belongs to quality defaults. There will be not returned under these kinds of situation.

• If you found any quality problem of our products, welcome to contact us. And we would like to negotiate about it with a happy ending.

• Special requests shall announced in advance, we do not accept a sudden change for the established order. Especially, shorten the producing period.

• We do not offer free samples, while sample costs can be shared during the bulk order.
