1.We provide technical support for your system integration, RFID labels and tags printing, RFID chips encoding, RFID reader installation guide, etc.

2. Return policy:

-Any products found damaged or unworkable, we will check and replace those products.If customers want to return the items received, you must concact us within 7 days after receipt of your order.

-Customers should pay the additional shipping fees incurred and the products returned should be kept in their original conditions.

Yes - we offer free samples, with shipping and taxes paid by the buyer.

2. What is the minimum order quantity?

The MOQ for dry inlays is 10000pcs, for wet inlays or labels is 5000pcs,for other special tags is 500pcs. for cards is 1000pcs.

3. What is the lead time?

4. What is the payment term?

The payment term is T/T before shipment.
