To our company, each customer is unique, and in response, each project should also be unique. How to provide effective service to meet customers’ needs? Tongda Company will achieve this goal by close control of the project implementation.

There are mainly five steps for the project implementation:

Technical design 

Civil engineering and necessary installation;

Equipment production;

Installation and debugging;

After-sale service

Technical design is the core step of setting the cattle and sheep slaughtering line, and is taken charge by our subordinate China Changshu Research Institute of Meat Industrial Engineering Equipment. The key is to meet the demands of customers and make the most suitable scheme for our customers. The details are shown as follows:

1.  the slaughtering amount per hour & the slaughtering amount per shift everyday 

2. the automation degree required

3. the standards that the products should meet (with the regional quarantine standard, China’s quarantine standard, Europe Union’s quarantine standard, and Russian quarantine standard etc.)

4. the existing land area and shape, and the construction blueprint

5. different demands for the finished-products 

6.  the budgeting of investment

All those listed above are the basic requirements by the customers, and there are other specific individual demands, according to which our research institute of the meat industrial engineering equipment will carry out the workflow design. Communication with the customers will be involved in the whole designing process to ensure the final workflow chart. Then, our company will decompose in accordance with the workflow chart and produce the quoted prices according to the decomposed single-machine equipment, materials and human labor. 

Civil Engineering and supporting facilities

In accordance with the technical design scheme, our company will produce and disclose the civil engineering requirements about the slaughtering line and supporting facilities chart. The details are:

1) the general basic chart

2) the basic chart of single-machine

3) the water supplying chart 

4) the draining chart

5) the electric detail list

6) the location chart of electric case

7) the chart of obligate aperture and pre-burying parts

8) girder chart 

These charts will be provided to the organizations of civil engineering and the supporting facilities, joining in the construction efforts of civil engineering and complete installation, including electrifying, hot and cold water supply, steam supply, ventilating, draining and so on.

Equipment production

While carrying out the civil work, our company will in the mean time process the materials needed and produce the equipment. 

The production process will be in strict conformity with the required standards of the national machinery production. The ISO9001-2000 quality management system will be applied to control the quality of our products.

Installation and debugging

When the civil work is finished, the equipment and materials will be sent to the building site for installation. 

The installation will be our company’s responsibility. We will send our professional team to install or ask for the installation company to finish the work. 

The installation work will be closely related to the civil work, supporting facilities and the refrigeratory fixing personals, to ensure the sound completion of the whole project. 

After the installation, the machinery equipment will be connected to the energy equipment, and be debugged. There are three steps:

After-sale service

The completion of the whole project doesn’t mean the ceasing of our service. Our company will provide after-sale service to the customers. The main content is the supplement of fittings and the maintenance of the equipment. Our company will send professionals to provide the after-sale service for each different project.
