Normal operating conditions:
- 1. The ambient air temperature is between -40℃ to +40℃
- 2. The altitude above sea level does not exceed 1000m. (The plateau area should be mentioned before order.)
- 3. AC system frequency is 50HZ or 60HZ.
- 4. The long-term exerting working voltage of the arrester does not exceed the maximum continuous operation voltage.
- 5. The maximum wind speed is less than 35m/s.
- 6. The earthquake intensity is under 7 degrees.

The characteristics of lightning arrester price :
The lightning arrester adopts the industry recognized superior polymeric material — silicone rubber as housing and uses Metal Oxide Varistors (MOVs) as core. So it has excellent electrical properties and provide superior overvoltage protection for MV distribution systems.
Saipwell silicone rubber housed lightning arresters are available in 5 kA and 10 kA Class 1 IEC 60099-4 designs.
Compared with silicone carbide arresters, MOA’s volt/ampere characteristic is much superior and results in much better performance.
