Fiberglass Mat/Fiberglass Core Mat

(1) Product Description: 

Including knitted mat, stitched multi-axial fabric, stitched combination fabrics.

Compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl resin and epoxy resin.

Applicable for pultrusion, hand lay-up and RTM processes.

(2) Characteristics:

Consistent thickness and excellent surface treatment;

Superior anisotropy and isotropy characteristics;

Rapid impregnating and good compatibility with resin;

Uniform tension, high dimensional stability and making handing easy;

Good mechanical properties and high strength of parts.

Each roll is packed by polyester bag, then put into carton or plastic woven bag;

Weight of each roll is 20-85 kg;

The rolls are horizontally placed and could be loaded in bulk or on pallet;

Optimum storage condition are between temperature 5-35°c and with humidity between 35%-65%;

Product should be used within 12 months from the time of delivery and remain in original package until just prior 

to use.
