Product Description
1.Material: rubber material is Buna-N rubber, polyurethane material.
2.Application Environment: Buna-N rubber is used for well cementation when the temperature of down hole is lower than 120 centigrade. Although Polyurethane material has higher-temperature resistance than Buna-N rubber, Buna-N rubber has better flexibility and wear-resistance than Polyurethane. Thus, Buna-N rubber is adopted in big oil fields.
3.Product features: The bore diameter meets professional standard and has no influence on pump pressure. The drillable aluminum alloy is adopted in internal firmware which mechanical capacity is much better than plastics or glass fiber reinforced plastics. It reduces drilling time and provides the cement plug enough braced force while cement plug is descending in casing.
