Side punching opening of stainless steel precise punched slotted Screen jacket can reduce direct erosion effect of sand bed to screen. Machining range of punching aperture is from 0.20mm to 1.00mm. Machining error scope can be controlled within 0.015mm which can guarantee requirements of filtering precision. It adopts high-density punching technique. Effective opening slot length is three to five times of length of ordinary slotted tube and two to three times of length of ordinary caulking screen.

Central tube of high-density precise punched slotted screen adopts standard oil tube and casing. Central tube adopts helical perforation form to reduce aperture area of cross section of tube and retain strength of central tube as much as possible on basis of guarantee of integral area of passage of tube. Central tube can adopt anti-corrosive casing or oil tube according to special requirements of high concentration Cl- well containing H2S, CO2. Screen shall be resistant to acid. alkaline and salt corrosion.
Application 
Screen pipe can be used for casing completion and liner completion of vertical wells, inclined wells and horizontal wells etc. And it can be used for various oil wells, gas wells and water wells. It can be used as sand control colonnade individually and it can be used in gravel packing.
