Packing method :

1. Normally, we pack the products with Carton / fly case / wooden case
2. Normally, we mark the products with our own brand “OAO lights”, but we also can mark them with buyer’s brand or without any logo.

Shipping :

1. For samples, it is 2-5 work days (shipping by DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT/EMS)
2. For bulk order, it is 10-20 work days depend on the order quantity, (shipping by sea or by air)
3. We never delay shipment ! but we need to prepare all of the materials and all of the products must be assembly debugging, aging test process and testing ok before delivery, we need time to do all to ensure maximum product quality , so, please confirm the order with us in advance.
4. Before delivery, we will confirm all of the details with you !

Warranty :

1. Warranty is 1 year, we guarantee that every product has been test ok before delivery.
2. We cann’t control the transport process, but we will try our best to help buyers about the transport damage.
3. For bulk order, we will free provide appropriate number of parts for spare.
4. We can provide you what you need and we always are responsible for every product which was sent out of our factory.

After sells service: 

     1.  if there is any problem with the products, please send us the picture or video to  

          let us know what is the problem with the product ;

     2.  Return products must be the problem of product itself , not wrong operation by

          users.

     3.  Refund would be workable after the return product was received.

     4.  Buyers are responsible for all return shipping charge.

1. EXW price / FOB price / CIF price / FAQ price

Payment method :

1. T/T, WESTERN UNION
2. For samples,100%T/T or 100% WESTERN UNION would be paid before delivery;
3. For bulk order, 30% deposit of order would be paid and 70% the balance would be paid off before shipment.
