 1.I want to send you the quotation requirement , but i don't have the drawing files, how can i do?

   Don't worry . Our company have the professionla engineer department . You just need to send us the products' picture which you want and also tell us the specification , like the material , size and other requirement , our engineer department can  make the 3D blue map for you . Then we will send you the quotation with the competive price.

2.How about the sample charge? Could i ask one sample free? 

   Usaully our sample will be charge the fee. Some times we will charge the sample fee first , then when you payment the deposit , we will return the sample fee to you . 

3.How about the mould fee? 

   The Golden Tiger Hardware Company have been make the arcylic products more than 15 years , many style and shape we can make and don' need to open the new mould . If your product's size are different from our product and also have other detail requirement , we will tell you whether need to open the new mould after we discuss about it. Absolutely , the mould fee will return to you after you send us the offical purchase order and payment the deposit . 

4.Can i visit your factory ?

  Yes, many welcome. Our factory is very near from Shenzhen City . You just need to tell us your schedule , we will book the hotel room for you and pick up you in the airport .
