3.What is your warranty period and after-sales service?

Our warranty period will be 3 years according to the product series, please rest assure that we are reliable and responsible company. Please send us details and pictures when quality problems occured, the complaint will be response within 12 hours.

4. Can you customize and design products for us?
Yes. We have a professional R&D team including optics engineers who are proficient in DIALux design, structural engineers who are proficient in CAD, PROE design and heat dissipation treatment, and electronic engineers who are proficient in PCB design and electrical design of drivers. 

5.May I use my own brand and design?

Yes, OEM / ODM is welcomed and available, our experienced R&D team can provide professional service and technology support. 

6. What is the payment term?

For sample order, we can accept T/T, Paypal, West Union, 100% in advance. For bulk order, 30% deposit in advance by T/T, 70% balance before shipping.

For very big order, L/C is negotiable
