Filter plate is the core part of the filter press. The structure and quality all affects efficiency of filter press so that our company think highly of filter plate's design and manufacture. Our company has expert of filter press plate design and experienced  technician to develop, design and manufacture high quality PP filter plate and membrane plate. The material of recessed filter plate is new type PP and has such characters as low weight,corrosion resist, good air tightness  and good mechanical behaviour. 

Membrane plate adopts imported TPE elastomer and high intensity PP, which has long life time and can endure high pressure. The maxium squeezing pressure can be 1.6 MPa.

To manufacture high quality filter plate our company adopts first class material. Our company has complete test and inspecting equipments. Filter plate suppressing machines are high precision  four post hydraulic press and 5000 ton large-scale hydraulic machine (for 2000x2000 large filter plate) with real high temperature pressing technique which is supported by 2 middle pressure filter steam suppliers. 

Suppressed filter plate be treatment by finalize the design and then plane be sealed by the CNC machining, keep the flatnesserror within 10μmm, no leakage of sealing surface when filtering, we have 15 plates CNC machine, this is the biggest scale in the same industry, as well as for making mould of filter plate, we set up 3 unit of 2000×4000 large-scale moulds in CNC machine centre, that's also the biggest scale of same industry.

With these high-precision hardware devices, coupled with an innovative well-designed, plates' design specification are all accord with JB/T4333-2005 China new standard, meanwhile also accord with DTN7129 German standard, our products are internationally accepted, this is the technical guarantee for export.
