1 Avoiding the mold fly away the machine in spinning process

1.1The angle between running laps and running wheels should be in the range of 90-110, if the angle less than 90, it is easy to fly away, if the angle more than 110, the running wheel will be in a bigger stress to make displacement , even stuck the mold.

1.2 If the shafts are not parallel,the mold maybe fly away from the machine.

1.3 If the running wheel or mold laps are not perfect circle, the mold also have the possible of flying away.

1.4If the gravity of mold is offset, it may sway to one direction when spinning , if it is in high speed, the mold will fly away.

1.5 if the height of shafts is not the same , or the running wheel size is not same, it will make the mold tilt to one side , when rotating in high speed, the mold will fly away.

2 Avoiding the machine move to one side

 Moving to one side is one reason of flying away, even if it does not make the mold fly away,it will damage the circle of the running wheel and running laps after a long time of moving to one side.It is necessary to solve this problem to avoid the accident.

3.The shafts have to be parallel and have a same height when installation.

4.The cement paste will flow to the bearing when the spinning machine working ,which makes the bearing wear or heated,so the sealing of bearing is important.

Detection for culvert drainage supply concrete pipe making machine 

1. The deviation for the wheel edge is 2-8mm, it is convenient to put the mold to the wheels and avoid to moving .

2 .The inner diameter in cross-section is bigger 2-4mm than the diameter in vertical direction .

3.  After closing the mold, the gap should not bigger than 0.5mm. If the gap is bigger,it is easy to leak or fly the cement.

4. The deviation of effective length for concrete culvert pipe is 1-3mm.

5. Inspecting all the parts to ensure no rag ,sharp edge and damage.

6. The welding gap should be plain completely without indication , the welding gap of inner mold is flat and smooth.

7. The longitudinal plate is flat with spiral plate.

8. The oil paint should be light . 

9. Working test: After inspecting the mold,put the mold on the spinning machine to test, the running time is more than 15 minutes smoothly without abnormal voice.
