 Small electromagnetic vibration feeder Introduction:

Small electromagnetic Vibration Feeder is widely used in industries of metallurgy, mining, coal, building meterials, chemical, electric power, foodstuffs, machinery and etc. It can feed bulk shape material, granular material, and power material from storage silo or funnel uniformly, continuously and quantificationaly to various receiving equipments, such as belt conveyor, bucket elevator, screening equipment, crusher, grinder, etc. And also it can be used in the automatic system, and where feeding accuracy requirement is high.

 Working Principle:

 When the power is on, the electric current passes the electric coils, which creates a magnetic field. The magnetic force changes into vibrating force, which forces the transmission trough body to make simple harmonic vibration or similar to simple harmonic vibration in a certain direction. When the acceleration of its vibration achieves some certain value, the materials will make continuous and small throws or slides along the transmission direction in the transmission trough body, which causes the forward motion and transmission of the materials.

First,the machine empty running 48 hours before packing,then to observe whether the

4) It adopts silicon-controlled half-wave rectification circuit, which can be used by adjusting 

the opening angle to realize stepless 

adjustment of the Feeding Capacity and can help achieve centralized control and auto-control in the production process.

5) As the materials in the feeder trough are fed up continuously in the process of feeding and

 jump in the parabolic trajectory , therefore it causes less damage to feeder.

6) It is not suitable for the occasion of explosion-proof requirements.

7).Conditions of the use of electrical control devices:

   a. Elevating height is not more than 1000m

   b. The temperature of surrounding medium is less than -20 ℃ ~ +4 ℃.

   c. When the temperature of surrounding medium is 25 ℃, the relative humidity

 is not more than 85%.

   d. Around there is no medium of serious corrosion and affect electrical insulation properties.
