During production, if any problem appears, please contact us in time, our technicians will help you solve the problem immediately.
We will send emails in certain time to ask the work status of our machines. If any part on machine is needed, we will send the part by express as
soon as possible.
Installation explanation
We will offer the list of devices which will be necessary for installation two weeks before our technicians go to the buyer’s factory for installation.
The buyer will inform us of the exact date of installation so that we can send our technician in time without delay.
If there are the mistakes caused by us, which makes production delay, such as failing to
send some part, some parts are broken.
