With only a 1MHz guard band separation, those household which receive their television signal in channels

 59 and 60 (in particular)  will be susceptible to loss of DTT coverage  due to interference from theadjacent-frequency 4G(LTE) base 

stations caused by the mechanisms of out-of- band(transmitter and receiver) spectral leakage and/or receiver overload. 

Households receiving DTT channels may also be susceptible to loss of reception caused by receiver overload;

This is expected to be specially likely where a signal amplifier is used

New Spectrum Arrangement

With the digital dividend spectrum reorganization in Europe, new 4G mobile services in the 800 MHz band 

(791-862MHz) will become close neighbors with Digital terrestrial Television(DTT) services in the adjacent 

band(470-790MHz). The upper edge of the lowest down link 800 MHz spectrum block. The new spectrum 

arrangement is detailed below.
